Mason IS First Class!!! Extremely Professional, Friendly, Honest, Helpful, Very Insightful, Knowledgeable...I could go on and on! What a gem First Class Plumbing has with Mason. My husband and I were so impressed with his work ethic. We will continue to use First Class Plumbing for all our needs as long as we have Mason doing the job!

We have had 5-star service with Mark and First Class Plumbing, every time they have serviced our boiler\water heater combo. Our unit was recommended and installed by another company, and it has been a lemon from the start. Our saving grace has always been Mark. He thoroughly investigates the issue and doesn't give up until it is fully resolved. I've also recommended him to friends with boiler issues, and they have also been extremely pleased. Always happy to recommend First Class Plumbing. Excellent response time, customer service, and billing. First Class is not just the company name, but the service they provide.
Mason and all the First Class Plumbing crews were great! They did the pluming for our bathroom remodel. They were efficient and did a great job. We asked them back to replace our water heater, water softener, kitchen faucet & replace our old water shutoff valves. They were done in half a day and under estimate!
