Lyndon was my technician for a last minute call when my furnace stopped working. He was so thorough and explained everything to me really well. He asked all the right questions to get relevant information such that he could give me some tips and things to think about that might affect the efficiency of my HVAC system. Really pleased with Lyndon’s service levels!
We've had a half dozen plumbing and heating companies over the 20 years we've been in our home, but never stayed with one that we felt was heads above another .... until now. Recently had Comfort Matters out for some furnace repair and they really impressed. Not only did they come out the same day of my call, the tech was courteous, professional, explained things in a way the average guy (me) could understand and was very thorough in the repair. The price was fair, the service from start to finish was top-notch and the follow-up email and texts were appreciated. Also, we signed up for the monthly repair service (HVAC) at $23/month and now will get 20% off future service calls. Win win! Do yourself a favor when you need an HVAC company and call Comfort Matters.
We are very pleased we called Comfort Matters. We needed two furnaces and an a/c. Bruce the salesman come out and walked us thru our options and time frame. The crew they sent out, "Drew" and "Caden" were top notch. In two days we had a beautiful new system at a great price and great service. They did a great job from start to finish and i would highly recommend using them.
We had Lyndon out to do furnace tune up for us. He was incredibly thorough, and not only showed me the exact spots that were potential concerns. But made sure to explain how each part works and what they are responsible for. I understood everything and he was incredibly respectful and kind. Highly recommend comfort matters, and especially Lyndon!
Our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced and after 5 estimates Comfort Matters was the clear winner. They offered a superior system, quality build/parts, and best warranty coverage at a very competitive price. Bruce conducted a thorough estimate, clearly explained every detail and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, even after hours. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent and everything happened according to plan. Joe and Brandon showed up on time, we reviewed the layout of our home and they got right to work. Both of them are skilled craftsman of the trade, kind, courteous and left out home exactly the way they found it, some spots even cleaner! I’d highly recommend Comfort Matters for any and all of your HVAC needs.
