I recently had my roof replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and communicative. They arrived on time each day, explained every step of the process, and made sure the work area stayed clean throughout the project.
The installation was completed faster than I expected, and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship really shows. The new roof looks amazing and has already made a noticeable difference in my home’s appearance and comfort.
I also appreciated that the crew took the time to inspect everything afterward and made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. Overall, I’d highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work done — they made what could have been a stressful project smooth and worry-free.
Alex and his crew are very dedicated to quality, trust, and workmanship. They did a wonderful job on our roof with installation and clean up. I would highly recommend Rivco for all of your home improvements!
Almost $6000 for 2 doors. They said the job was done.
I don’t know how RivCo has any good reviews.
After a very difficult time of trying to get these clowns to communicate with me to just give me an estimate, I regrettably went ahead and agreed to have them replace 2 normal bathroom doors.
We needed pocket doors for both the bathrooms because normal doors interfere with our Grandparent’s walkers and wheelchairs.
This whole thing is a hassle and 100% truthfully I was not a pleasant customer because they put me off many times by giving excuses. The other day I was messaged about another contractor coming back, but nobody came out.
This past Sunday, Alex, the owner called me. He started with telling me the job is done. I had already sent a text to Candace, who is the only person who was supposed to be communicating with me, as I was done with Alex and Jesse due to poor communication. Candace does a good job communicating and knows how to speak to customers properly. Alex severely lacks the skills to handle upset customers.
I stopped Alex as he tried to go into talking about estimates for other work even though we still need the pocket doors done.
I’m going to add video and pics so you can see what I talked to him about. This guy and whoever he has come out must have never done pocket doors.
No hardware for the doors, gaps up high, no way to lock them for privacy, and the doors are crooked. The master bath door doesn’t even close halfway because it stops on the tile. The outlet in the master bedroom wall sticks out, and has no face plate. There’s cuts and smudges on the wall. Sensors on the ceiling for light are not flush and the fan has no way to shut off and only have light.
Heck they left a huge mess in our laundry room from going into the attic. There is more and I am sick of typing…..
Update:
They sent someone who helps them occasionally. The guy cut the Sheetrock out again fixed both doors. Locking the door is a bit tricky, but I’m letting that go.
When he cut out the Sheetrock again, there was a huge gap above the door frame that extended across to where the door goes into the wall. There should have been boards placed to fill in the gap for support. The ceiling could have bowed down in time.
I do not recommend RIVCO. I have signed with another company to do other projects, that would have went to RivCo if they did a good job on the pocket doors. They were aware of this.
Turns out we paid about $2000 more than some other company would have charged us for the pocket door job, and it was an awful experience.
