UPDATE: After posting this review, the company contacted us and sent a stucco contractor out a week or so later and said they would send a painter within 2 or 3 days after the stucco dried. It’s now Saturday, December 27, 2025; our job was started on September 30, 2025 and is still incomplete!!! We were recently contacted by the stucco contractor who inquired as to whether they had ever sent the painter to finish the job…the answer is NO! Not a word from the company since before the stucco contractor came weeks ago. While the company represents they have been responsive, that is so far from the truth! I can’t remember a time I’ve been more disappointed when dealing with a home improvement project. The shame for Patio Enclosures is that we have had about 6 neighbors comment on our room that they were wanting to do a similar project, and I had to tell them I could not recommend this company. We were initially impressed with the product, but have come to realize they do not back up what they sell. Our job has been sitting INCOMPLETE for SIX weeks and, water is getting into the ‘enclosed’ room. We have contacted our salesperson, project manager and anyone who will listen and get ZERO response. They have charged our final payment and refuse to reverse it because our job is ‘substantially complete.’ We have appealed this charge with our credit card company and have now spoken to an attorney. Find a different source for your enclosure!
