If I could leave no stars I would. That’s the only reason yall get even one star. Cleveland utilities is the worst company to go through. How is my single family using 23-30$ a day when nobody is home during the day. But then there are days I use 98 cents. Get it together Cleveland utilities. Yall are horrible. also I thought 9:00 was the shut off time. Why are my lights off at 8:00 in the morning.
I am so grateful for the customer service I received on yesterday and today. I wish they had a survey line so that I could give the kudos directly. I appreciate the 2 young ladies who helped me.
They have completely messed up my accou t for 3 weeks. They are not charging my water then deciding to charge me later and double it. Until they fully recover the situation, this review will stay up. $17 a day for a one bedroom house? Better get that under control!
