Courteous, fast and professional! Impressed by service man putting covers on shoes so as not to get my floors dirty! Very considerate! Curtis Baker is a highly skilled worker with over 30 years experience. This is the second time Curtis has done repair work for us! Both jobs were completed expediently and perfectly!
I’m happy with jimmy’s work. He was prompt and ready to work answering our questions and offering welcoming suggestions. He was very knowledgeable in his trade. Installed a new pantry hanging door that works wonderfully! And left site immaculate. I would not vacillate to recommend him to friends & family.
Thank you Elder’s Ace Hardware for making my Christmas much better by getting a few things done on my “to do” list on such short notice. Curtis was punctual, courteous and clearly experienced. He did a terrific job and went above and beyond by not only hanging my curtain rod but, putting up the curtains as well so I could get a clear picture of how it would look! It’s refreshing to find such reliable, high quality service. Highly recommend!
Curtis was on time, thorough, expert, focused on doing it right AND saving the customer money. Great communication from the office before the appointment. Curtis messaged his imminent arrival (with his picture - safety element). I was impressed by the fact that Curtis was an employee of Elder, not an independent contractor. That means that Elder was willing to bear responsibility for the work.
Consultation went well. Curtis did a very thorough job of measuring and explaining.Curtis installed barn doors in our mud room and took his time to make sure stain of trim was a good match. The second job was with Curtis and Logan and they installed exterior shutters. We couldn’t be happier with the installation process and the look of our house. We will be calling whenever we have future needs.
