Very Impressed. We talked to several contractors about our plans to add a screened room and deck. Others would have required the expense of a separate architect. Rick was able to design a great plan to accommodate our existing pantry bump out in a creative way that flows really well. Build quality is very high - particularly from a structural perspective. Rick’s crew was at our house every weekday throughout the 4 week build. They were always very respectful and cleaned-up at the end of the day. It’s a good, hard-working team. Price was reasonable given the quality of the work

Rick and crew did a wonderful job replacing our deck. The craftsmanship was amazing. We had a deck that was starting to fall apart and started looking for bids, we came across Rick’s company, Homemade Construction, and got a bid to rebuild our deck completely with trex boards and add a roof and screen it in. He gave us about a 12 -14 week lead time for starting work after we signed the contract. He was able to shorten that by a week or so. His crew did a fantastic job taking the old deck down and rebuilding a new one. Rick worked with me with all the features I wanted to add onto the deck and we are extremely happy with the finished deck. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to build a deck. We are out there most nights where we barely used the deck before.

I am so glad we picked Rick from Home Made Construction, his crew worked really hard every day, they were respectful, clean, and honest. The quality of their workmanship is amazing, our deck looks like it came with the house, they matched our shingles, siding, gutters. I will highly recommend them. One of the reasons I hired them was because he was very knowledgeable, had answer to all of my questions and really knew the trade.
