He did a very thorough job on fixing the broken spring, performing maintenance, and our safety was his top priority. Precision was very quick to annswer our call and fix the problem. I am confident in the quality of the repair and the parts.
Scott with precision was very professional and very knowledgeable at what he was doing. He checked out my 35 year old garage door with a broken spring mechanism and discussed with me what needed replacing and what I could reuse. He took care of my problem and got my door working better than ever.
I originally had a one star review. There were some issues about the cost, what was repaired, etc. The company reached out to me after seeing my review (which was pretty scathing) and we talked about it. The guy I spoke to on the phone understood my issues, and fixed the issue. This is the thing...everyone makes mistakes. Errors. The quality of a company isn't on if they never make mistakes...it is how they handle it when there is one. And this was fantastic. The man on the phone (I don't remember his name) was understanding, not defensive, etc. Just wanted to understand the situation. One of the issues was that when I called I was quoted a price of $250-350 for a new spring. Well the bill was a lot more of than that. Well, what the original phone call didn't specify was that it is $250-350 per spring...and double doors have 2 springs, and even if just one spring breaks, you really should switch both. Managing expectations is important. He said that he would coach the person on the phone to clarify that in the future. Which is great. Anyway, this review went from 1 star to 5 star because of how awesome they were in fixing the problems. The work itself appears to be high quality, there was never a problem with the parts, etc.
Totally impressed with the way my doors were so quickly repaired. Everything fell into place almost like clockwork in making an appointment. They are very organized and you don’t do a lot of waiting. Their organizational skills are second to none. Great job on my doors. They feel very sturdy and a lot less noise. Excellent job.
