Very professional, and personable. Greg and his associate did a great job on a complex water heater and boiler system. Quality workmanship, on time arrival, did not make or leave a mess for the homeowner to have to clean up. Excellent service!

I put a bathroom in my basement and needed to install all new plumbing under the concrete. I was going to do this myself, but ultimately decided against it. After seeing the finished product before I poured concrete over it, I was amazed at the outcome and so glad I didnt attempt it myself. I quickly realized a good plumber like Greg with Riser Plumbing are worth the money after seeing how it was done. l had the bathroom mapped out with lines snapped and indicated where all fixtures would be installed once the framing was up. After install and concrete was poured over, I checked measurements, and everything was literally exact, making the framing and fixture install so easy. I consider myself pretty handy, and this product was way outside my skill set. Greg himself is a great guy, and awesome to work with. Highly recommend Riser Plumbing.
Greg has always been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and ready to fix whatever problem we might have. He was able to resolve our trouble with soft water, and we couldn't be more pleased!
We had very hard water in the house and didn't' connect the dots for a couple of months, thinking our dishwasher had its own issues and our shower head as well. Eventually we were feeling it on our skin so I tested the water. After troubleshooting, emptying the water softener and diagnosing that it had to be injector heads or clogged valves/filters, I decided to call a professional. Hydratech water softeners had Riser plumbing listed as a professional that can service their gear and they are just a few miles down the road from me so I decided to keep my business small and local. Im very glad I did. Father and son showed up and validated what I thought was the issue, took it apart and had it working within an hour. They were also courteous, informative, conscious of our home and removed their shoes. He even came upstairs and helped me think through a bathroom remodel, which Riser will get my business for that as well.
