Late last year, the under cabinet light, that we left on all the time, failed. It was grinding my gears to have to use the Big Light or a different light that didn't really reach the sink. I could have saved a lot of money by buying something cheap that plugs in and deal with the wires, but I really liked the other setup. Everyone I have spoken to at this business has been nothing but kind, friendly, and helpful. From the appointment bookers, Willow and Michelle, to the knowledgeable electrician, Brady. They were able to get me an appointment the next day and answered all of my questions. My main concern was how they expected payment. Thankf... The day of the appointment, the office called to confirm the range of my appointment and then thirty minutes before my appointment they called again. I was pretty impressed with their punctuality and communication. Brady was very personable, gave me straightforward answers to my questions and made sure I understood what was needed. I didn't feel like he was looking down on me for lack of knowledge and that was a welcome surprise. Thankfully, he was able to go get a replacement fixture and hook everything back up properly in a short amount of time. I paid by card and he was on his way. Now, every time I'm in the kitchen, it makes me smile that we have our Good Light back.

Someone came to look at my leaky faucet. Gave me an option of a price over 1000 for a new faucet or 700 for a repair . Had a family member come take a look before I paid and it was only 1 small loose piece that needed to be tightened ! Haven’t had a single issue since

DJs Home Services came to service my ceiling water damage promptly after I submitted my request. The technician Cyrus was very professional and detailed. He identified the root cause and fixed it within a couple of hours. I highly recommend DJs Services to whoever needs similar services.
