Always have the best service from them — from their front office staff, to HVAC installation, to maintenance. During my yearly checkups on my air conditioner, furnace and water heater, it’s nice to see familiar faces, which tells me that they have good employee retention. The techs always teach me something about safety and maintenance. Great company and you can trust them - I’ve highly recommended them to neighbors and friends.
Countryside did an excellent job replacing our broken furnace with a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump! Tony was great to work with on the bid side (straight shooting, no upselling) and Matthew and Mac did a great install. They did extra custom sheet metal work to oblige my request for clearance to get back to our storage space. They are truly artists; I wish I had taken a picture to accompany the review. They also taught me how to get the best performance out of the heat pump during the install and didn't mind all the questions I had.
Ben was really professional and polite, however he did crack the cover for the mini split while disassembling it. Not a huge deal but still when you’re paying thousands for a system you want it to stay nice. The louvers were making a clicking sound and all he did was tighten a screw to make it stop. I was charged $159 for the house call. I get this company needs to make money, but the prices are astronomical.
