I always go to independent repair people, and Ran is the friendliest I've been to. He took one look at my computer, told me how to take advantage of the warranty in a way I didn't realize I could, and sent me on my way. Ran was available quickly and was able to diagnose the issue with my very old laptop right away. He could have charged me for an expensive repair, but instead recommended that I not invest any money into an old and banged up machine. The same day he connected remotely to my other laptop and checked the connection to my printer. He did not charge me anything for his time. I was impressed by his expertise and willingness to take ownership of my problem. I would recommend him to other potential customers.
