I recently had preventative maintenance done on my AC system. I had an excellent experience. Eddie arrived on time was professional and performed a very thorough inspection and service of the unit. He cleaned the system, checked all the components and made sure everything was running efficiently before the hotter weather sets in I really appreciated how Eddie explained what he was doing and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It gives me peace of mind, knowing my AC is ready for the season and operating at its best. Great customer service, honest work and very knowledgeable is... Josh S came out this morning on really short notice and quickly got my water heater swapped out and even upsized it to a 50 gallon which I’ve wanted to do since getting the home 5 years ago. I was told it wouldn’t fit by several other companies but when I asked emergency air, they said “Absolutely, no problem!” New water heater looks great and am very pleased with Josh and his work. Thanks 🙏🏼

Wladimir was fantastic! Punctual. Fast. Honest. Just all around great. They gave me clear options for service and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They focused on what was most pressing at the time and also gave me reasonable options for future work that may be needed—no pressure at all. Very thorough with his servicing of my a/c unit. I had a problem and knew something was up but I knew I had a scheduled maintenance appointment coming up so I let him know when he arrived. He showed up on time. Sent pictures of the unit to me including before and after, while he was working on it so I was well informed the whole time. Fixed the issues promptly in the same visit. Re-Scheduled a visit to complete the maintenance part since my unit had frozen over. And we needed it to thaw. Did the cleaning of the unit today and everything nearly looks like new. Friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Photos of the frozen over ac com... Very thorough with his servicing of my a/c unit.
