Anthony and Thalita run the best air-conditioning service in town. Period. I had tried multiple companies with mainly bad experiences and finally found Antrim Air to stay with. They replaced my 28 year old Trane unit with a new one and have been servicing both units I have since. Very professional and dependable. Highly recommended!
5 stars and more for Antrim Air! Couldn't be happier with the great service we received from Anthony & his staff. They respond promptly and show up on time(when's the last time a contractor you hired did that?). They guided us on the purchase of the right unit for our home and had it installed within a couple days. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Antrim Air!
We’re so happy someone recommended Antrim air to us!! Our heater went out in the coldest week of the year, and they came out same-day and got it repaired fast. It can be so hard to trust contractors etc, but these guys were so friendly, responsive, and honest/upfront!! We’ll be loyal customers!
Anthony provided excellent service and resolution for our A/C issue! We recently bought our house that was still under warranty from the previous owner. He was very professional, friendly and thorough when walking us through the existing issue and how to prevent the issue in the future. Additionally, he took extra time to walk us through how to clean the mini split filters and what trees/plants are not AC unit friendly. We will definitely be using Antrim Air again if any future issues arise!
I recently had my a/c unit replaced by Antrim Air and normally don’t leave reviews. But they did such a fabulous job that I really wanted to share my experience. I have been a long time customer and they have always been awesome to deal with. Whenever we have had issues with our very old unit they were extremely responsive and always fixed the problem quickly. They worked with us the last 2 year’s to keep our unit working until we were able to replace it. The installation was not easy and it was very hot but the team, yes team, at Antrim was wonderful and diligently worked to get it done in one day so we were again comfortable. If you have any reservations about this company I can personally tell you they are very professional, courteous and really care about their clients. You can’t go wrong with them. I am a loyal forever customer.
