Awesome place and awesome people! I bought a pair of Dynaforce in another state and they never felt right, actually kind of painful. This store did everything they could to make it right despite the fact that they were long out of warranty. Tried stretching and new foot beds. After many attempts to make the dynaforce work, Heather and the store owners graciously took back the boots in exchange for a different model more appropriate for the work I do. I was beyond impressed and grateful that I didn't have to keep a pair of expensive boots that were painful to wear. So far, the new boots are much more comfortable. This place seems to actually care about customers and go above and beyond. A+++!

Grateful for knowledgeable employees. Good brand as well. I am a railroad worker and put my boots to the test and they hold well. Heather is awesome to work with! My old boot is two years of hard work with new one's beneath it in the photo.

Went into red wing store about 11ish I needed a pair of dunlop boots for my husband who’s currently working a couple towns away on the drilling rig since his other peco boots had shrunk from the salt out there and he could no longer fit them. Heather was amazing with dealing with the chaos of everyone there and only her working. She made sure to call her manager for help and within minutes I paid and was on my way to Douglas. They were the perfect fit for the hubbs! Thank you Heather!!

This store is a great store!! The 2 ladies that work there are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which you don’t find everywhere nowadays. I really love my new boots, they are American made and are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever owned! This company also is true and honest with their products and warranty, I had a pair that had something happen that made them so uncomfortable I couldn’t wear them! I took them back to the store and we tried a couple different things and ended up they just replaced them!! Also all the free services you get these boots are worth every penny!!
