After being here three times in a year from Odessa Tx for work in the oil fields for boots and knives i finally got to meet the owners today! Very friendly and welcoming and helpful = I was very picky on my boots and they took the time to sit with me and bring me different boots etc very friendly! Previouse visits by a lady excellent service took the time to show me multiple items as i was also picky! This place aught to put tractor supply out of business lol I baught the thorogood boots and a boker knife very saticfied

Found the Red Wing boots I've been looking for! Had what I needed. Staff was very helpful and informative. Local business thst has decent prices. The prices at Red Wing store in Casper were way higher than here appreciate local businesses that actually care about their community.

Amazing shop with knowledgeable staff....who can say that these days? Well these people can! They carry quality brands and actually assist you! They have a huge selection but you can’t tell until you go in, so just go in, you will see. Good people there...thank you City Shoe and Saddle!

Nobody Knows
Traveled from Casper to get shoes repaired. Was told it couldn't be done with the stitching that came loose in the toes. Lady was quite rude and blew us off. She was too busy chatting with a regular customer about some rodeo rather than make a sale. Was very interested in a pair of Lowa shoes but walked out disgusted! Was able to fix the current Lowas myself by stitching it by hand. Worked great.
