They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair in a way that made sense, and had it fixed faster than I expected. The console is running perfectly now — like it’s brand new again. My brother was thrilled to get it back, and I really appreciate the quality work and great customer service. It’s hard to find businesses that take this much pride in what they do. It's no wonder they have over 335 five-star reviews. The Integrity that they work with and in is exceptional. A truly go beyond expectations how to resolve issues. I truly hope I don't have another phone issue but if I do I'll be coming to them no matter where I am in the country or out of country. My s10e went for a swim in Cozumel when I thought it would be waterproof enough for the pool. I of course made the mistake of plugging it in before getting it dry.
