Joseph was personable, professional and efficient. You have a good guy on your team. I have not had many good experiences with One Hour with not getting a call back and waiting long periods of time to get answers for service, etc. that’s why I’m no longer a member but having to get my filter for my furnace only through one hour I had no choice. Joseph was refreshing change.
