True Heating & Cooling

TRUE installed a heat pump and new furnace about 10 months ago, and we just had a maintenance check last week. We are really impressed with TRUE and have been extremely happy with the whole system. An Xcel technician who happened to be at our home told us that the heat pump and furnace installation was really well done. Our installers were Chris, Tim, Elijah, and Brandan - they were excellent! They were all super considerate and wonderful to work with (especially Chris, who was the lead guy on installation day) and they did an outstanding job. My True install team were exceptional! Daniel, Juan, Elijah, and Alex were efficient, very thoughtful, courteous, arrived on time, and worked together great! I couldn't have imagined a better outcome! Im so happy with the equipment and feel like the technology is top notch! I love it! I'm equally impressed with Jophery who put it all together, got my rebates submitted bringing down the cost by 45%, and was so professional and kind answering all my questions. You guys really know what you're doing and have a great staff. I will give your company a shout out every chance I get! Rock stars!!

These technicians deserve six stars. From the initial appointment with Jophrey to the completed installation by Daniel, Eli, Alex, and Dustin, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. This was a challenging install due to tight space limitations and complex duct configurations, yet the team was detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout. They showed up clean, kept the work area clean, and explained what they were doing along the way — a level of service I’m honestly not used to. We had a great experience with Justin & True Heating & Cooling. He was flexible with working us into the schedule to address our needs within just an afternoon. I appreciated the safety precautions of the text message with a picture of our technician when they were arriving. Justin was friendly and very reasonable. We will definitely use them in the future if we have any other issues.

True Heating & Cooling staff are so kind & professional & it was a truly wonderful experience!! Hannah was great to work with on the phone & helped us to get an appointment quickly. Our Tech Logan was one of the best heating & cooling specialists we have had visit our home & was also so kind & prompt very knowledgeable he explained everything so well & took the extra time to make sure everything was working well.
