Randolph Flooring & Cabinetry

Purchased a hardwood floor from Randolph in the summer of 2022. It IMMEDIATELY started chipping and denting. They came out to inspect and told me there was nothing wrong - yet this new floor had dents and chips with only my husband and I living in the house walking on it in socks only, yet our downstairs floor from 1986 withstood pets and children and has no dents or chips. There is obviously something wrong with this floor, as can be seen by all of the reviews from people that are having the exact same problems. Initially, Randolph acted like they were trying to help and contacting the company that made the floor, but after three years of my having to follow up monthly I have been sent to their distributor who can't do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their products and even worse they do not carry good quality ones.

As first time home owners, our experience with Randolph Flooring was smooth and easy. They had flexible hours to come give an in person estimate, and did the same through email. I was able to go to their store in person again at a time that worked for me- that is always hard when working full time! Installation was quick, timely and smooth. Pics of our cat approved new runner! As you can see, the house is on the older side (1940s), and had a uniquely shaped hallway. Randolph Flooring took perfect measurements and no issues with installation. We also asked many questions with Areiyan about what type of carpet is best for curious kitties, and so far Hopper has had no issues!

I live nearby and pass this flooring store daily. When I decided to go ahead and replace the carpet in two bedrooms in my home, I wanted to support a local family run business rather than a place like Home Depot. I could not be happier with the results! The pricing was fantastic because they keep carpet on site/remnants which also made this a fast update. They got it installed within days of my visit to the store. The guys did a perfect job and cared for my furniture and belongings that needed to be moved around. I highly recommend this company and will return for my next flooring project.
