Ali and his team did an amazing job coordinating carpet removal and hardwood floors in our primary bedroom on an expedited schedule. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as we explored our different options. Very much recommend!
The floors turned out amazing! Ali and his team are professional, responsive, and knowledgeable in what they do. I wanted to add a sound barrier and was given options. It turned out my sub floor was in bad shape and Ali gave me options for that too, and that was really helpful. I love my new floors. The color is fantastic, the creaky sounds are gone, and it feels really nice and easy to clean. I highly recommend Floor Concepts & Design. I’m working to replace all the carpet in the house. Looking forward to working with them again soon.
We had a great experience with Floor Concepts from beginning to end. Ali offered a fair price for an LVP installation job in our basement and patiently answered all of our questions. His installation team did a remarkable job and finished in just one day! We appreciated their attention to detail and quality workmanship. Highly recommend!
