The Renaissance sales staff as well as the installers, went way beyond the typical service one would expect and made our renovation go very smoothly. We installed both vinyl flooring in our living room and lower staircases as well as carpeting on our upper staircases. I have to use the word artistry to describe how they worked around certain challenges and achieve incredible results. Great customer service and the installers were on time and great to work with. Considering it was a big project, I was a bit nervous but Hooman and his team made sure everything was completed on time and to my liking.
