Aladdin Carpet & Floors

We purchased carpet through Aladdin in association with Costco. Sales consultation was with Majid Zamani - very professional and helpful in recommending best options for our upstairs area. Along the way I appreciated prompt responses with email / texts and flexibility on scheduling the install. Installers arrived timely. It was an all day job, but finished in one day. Appreciated also, the better than average cleanup afterward. I had hoped to address a few creaky areas before the carpet went down but it does not seem that that happened. Also, I had just some painting done ahead of the carpet so feel a little sensitive about some minor scuffs that I will need to get touched up. Overall, satisfied - carpet looks great and I would recommend Aladdin if someone is looking for new carpet.

We worked with Aladdin through Costco as a preferred partner and they were great - specifically John who did the measurements and communications and especially Walter and Tano who did the work over 3 days converting our flooring into luxury vinyl plank. The craftsmanship was excellent and detailed - everything was taken care of and stayed within budget. We had an issue with the subfloor which they worked through with us consulting through every step and let us decide, and listened when we wanted things done a certain way (like look-a-like transitions instead of lesser quality transitions). Price was reasonable and communication excellent - as opposed to Lowes who couldn't get us situated, kept getting bounced around, and eventually just gave up with them. And glad we did - would recommend Aladdin without exception. Here's pics of the finished work:

We recently got our floors changed from Aladdin carpets and floors and were impressed by the quality of their work. Majid Zamani and his team with Mr. W were very professional and completed the work ahead of time. They gave us a very good price and were super helpful all through the process. They were also quick to respond and I had a great experience with the installers as well. They work in a very efficient manner and would clean up everyday after finishing for that day which was very much appreciated especially when we had to organize the house after the work. They were very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to other people as well.
