AG Floors

AG Flooring is amazing. They repaired a damaged area in expensive engineered wood flooring. It was glued down and the workers did a thorough job in removing it down to the cement. The replacement was perfect. I cannot tell where the damage was. They blended it in perfectly. The worker Freddy was extremely nice person and he and his worker teammate skillful. They took care and pride in the worker. I HIGHLY recommend AG. Every part of the process was superb. From the estimate, scheduling, picking up the wood I ordered, to the installation. Best work I have experienced.

We needed to refinish our hardwood floors so I called 4 different companies to get a quote. Out of the 4, 2 gave me quotes on the spot and out of the 2, AG Floors was the only one with a great price and quick customer service. They sent us Jayro and Juan to do the work. The guys were polite and did a great job. They came to work at 9am (sometimes earlier) and left after 6pm! It was A LOT of work and very detail oriented! Super hardworking guys. Description of work- remove carpet from steps and finish hardwood underneath, make repair on hardwood floor, sand and finish entire floor. They covered wall to ceiling to barricade with plastic. Sanded and prepped like a pro. Final coat was smooth and cleaned like nothing was disturbed. They showed up each day along with the same time as mentioned.I’d recommend them to you and I’d have them back in my house.

I had a great experience with AG Floors. I chose Bona natural on white oak with semi-gloss finish and the results are exactly what I wanted. The price was fair and in the range of other bids. I chose AG because they could get in the next day and they finished in 2 days. They got the noisy part out of the way on a weekday (Friday) so that Saturday the neighbors weren't bothered. It went very smoothly and I love my floors!

Probably the highest service level we've experienced in Bethesda so far. From start to finish, the team was responsive and detailed, and it felt like they treated the job as if it were their own home. The crew was also very friendly! We had just bought a new home and wanted to update the feel, so naturally, we decided to start with the floors. We have a ~3800 sqft home, with 3/5ths needing new tiling, flooring, and resanding. The remaining 2/5ths needed the floors deep-cleaned.
