What a gem of a place, a terrific resource for this area! The folks at Phoenix Computers are competent, fair, informative, patient, and unusually helpful. They go above and beyond what one would find at the typical Big Box store. Their prices allow a positive digital experience for those on a tight budget. In addition, they are prompt in their service and communications regarding customer's options.
Wonderful. I am happy with the service and the repair of my Laptop. Jim is full of very knowledge and patient with customers. They are eager to help and give you or guide you to a solution. I will definitely be back. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that there are not 6 stars above. Gooldy Guerra
I appreciate their customer appreciation...So much more than customer service. Each tech takes the time to work with each customer to understand, then recommend, the best system to meet the individual need. The only "con" is they're only open 2 days per week.
While in school i have had some computer issues , but if it had not been for phoenix computers and Jim .Today I would not be 20 credits away from my Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration with an concentration in Health Informatics and i owe it all to phoenix for the excellent and great performance work they have done on my computers since i began online classes in 2013.Not to mention the many computer products they have to offer at great prices. Great organization providing computers to go income people like myself! Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need. Urge companies to provide their old computers to them! They helped me greatly and have helped many others. I am grateful for all they have done for me, and they have a incredible volunteer professional staff of computer repair people.
