Been working with Ram (Shaan and Josh ) and guys fir the last 2mos and it has been a great experience not only getting to know them but seeing the pride they take in there work. I have used RAM Builders to do several stucco repairs for me over the last ten years as the result of poor construction of my home that was built in 2001. They have done a tremendous job at repairing what should have been done with my stucco when the home was original built. They are reasonably priced and have been great to work with.
Our new home had a major leak in the stucco by the chimney, and we were struggling to even know what was wrong let alone find someone who would take on the project. Enter RAM builders from Lindon. They assessed the problem and put it quickly on their schedule. They were professional in every way from assessment of damage to completion of project. We were very very pleased and highly recommend them with confidence. In the photos, you can see three of my chimneys. They look fabulous. Just in time for rain and snow.
We can not thank Shaan and his crew with Ram Builders and Stucco enough. We have had an ongoing issue with water leaks in two areas of our home and was getting worse each year. We researched extensively gathering 4 opinions and bids from 4 different companies. Shaan and Ram Builders went in depth with explaining our problem and gave us numerous pictures and articles of how they have fixed many homes suffering the same issue as ours. They took the time to explain everything with great detail. Our issue stemmed from roof to eave connections and other issues from the original building process. Upon work to our home they took great care to protect everything around our home and while removing stucco they also took the time to look for any wood rot and mold to eradicate if needed. His crew was polite and friendly and showed me exactly what they were doing every step of the way. After they fixed the issues with our roof they re applied a matching color stucco and as you can see from the before and after pics I was amazed how they matched our stucco color being the home is 10 years old. It’s never a fun thing to have to repair your home with the stress of wondering how the work will be completed. Being a longtime homeowner we have had some awful experiences but Shaan and his crew with Ram Builders was by far the best experience we have had. Quick to respond with excellent communication and quality work. To top it off just a very kind and polite owner who hires very skilled employees. Thank you Shaan and your team!
We wanted to replace our worn, 40 year old aluminum siding with stucco and stone. I did a lot of research into stucco companies around here, and was mostly unimpressed. We went with Ram Builders because I thought they would do a high quality job. And they sure delivered. I was incredibly impressed with Juan and his team. They were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also respectful and very friendly. They were also amazingly fast; not in a shoddy way, but in the way an accomplished musician is adept at playing a complex piece. There were hiccups along the way, such as when they discovered that half of our house had been built with a flimsy kind of paperboard instead of plywood, but Ram always came through with a solution and made things right. We are so happy with our beautiful new home, and we are confident of the craftsmanship that went into it.
