David was wonderful. A consummate profestional. From our conversations before, I thought it would be a much more involved and time consuming job. David was ready for the job when he arrived and solved this issues very quickly. My laptop now runs as good as new. I recomnend you don't call anyone else but David. Great service at a very reasonable price. Can't beat that these days.

David is awesome. I sent him a few pictures of my broken laptop and he diagnosed it and ordered the part and it came the next day. He came and picked up my laptop and returned it about an hour later. Really simple process and my laptop works great. Highly recommend him.

Don't waste your time with anyone else, David is the way to go!! I had a complicated repair I needed done on my laptop, and had received poor service from two previous repair places before finding Computer Confidence. He was quick to reply and accommodate me and my schedule. He was also very personable, overall great customer service. He was honest and upfront with pricing and whether the work would be worth it to get done. His repair was quick too and my computer looks AMAZING! I'm so pleased with it and the service I received.
