I was more than pleased with the service that I received ai ClickIt. I went there based on the reviews they had received and I was not disappointed. I am in my 80s and not as techy as the younger generation so I found Raiden extremely helpful answering questions that I had. I decided to leave my computer overnight so that they could go through it and just give it a general check up. When I went to pick it up the next day, I had to come in a little later than I had planned and it was near closing time and yet Rodrigo took the time to show me some things that would be helpful to me and their price for going through my computer I felt very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend this team in the store. Both were pleasant and kind and I’d say they would get a 10+ as far as customer service.

After a month and a half of trying to troubleshoot random restarts on a PC that was less than 3 years old I finally broke down and decided to take it to someone to fix it and found Click IT. I wish I would've just done this on Day 1 and saved myself the misery because they made it SO easy. I was worried it was gonna cost a fortune but I've literally bought lunch that costed more than getting the diagnosis they gave me on my PC. I am not the kind of person who writes reviews but I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you are even debating taking your machine to someone they are absolutely worth it. They are absolutely top-notch.

I broke the display of my laptop and had no idea where to go to get it fixed. Stumbled on ClickIT and went by because I saw they had 5 stars only. They were super helpful, very good at communicating, and cheaper than I was expecting. Raiden was super helpful The part took about 5-6 days to come in (they let me keep my laptop to use on a monitor until it came in) and the actual repair only took an hour and a half ish. I definitely recommend this company.
