Morgan was great. Professional, patient and had the job done quickly which was helpful as it was late on a Sunday, grateful he was available. If you're a prospector client make sure they have contact information on profile for the person they will be in contact with during services. Know your system well enough to know when it's an emergency or if it's something that can be scheduled for regular hours in a timely manner. This is my third time getting a fence tune-up and cleaning from this company, and I’ve been happy every time. Rudy, the tech, and Gabe, his trainee, showed up on time and were both really professional and easy to talk to. They clearly knew what they were doing, and whenever I had questions, they took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense to me. The fence looks and sounds great after the cleaning, and it says to me that they take pride in their work. I really appreciate how patient and respectful they were throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely keep using this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for solid, reliable fence service.

We had an estimate done by technician Nick for searching why there was leaking water in our boiler room, he had made a very reasonable plan and t he prices were very reasonable. When the technician Zach showed up on time for the appointment, he had pinpoint the leakage within awesome timing. He had not only repaired the pipe that was leaking but had explained the boiler/pipe every step of the way. We are truly grateful to have this done before winter hits, that our family has a safe house and highly recommend Prospectors plumbing to all, for their professionalism, expertise and just downhome care to get the job done the first time, also recommend to have our boiler inspected every year, thanks guys.
