This was hands down the best shop i have been to in Fairbanks. I purchased two Toyo stoves there and the owner Dan was over the top helpful. He explained everything to me and helped me understand my needs. . Dan has a customer for life.

Disclaimer: I know that these guys are great at what they do. This is not about their skill. I called this morning to ask a few questions about my Toyo and to get a quote on cleaning and tuning. As I'm asking about my Toyo, the man on the phone interrupts me saying "What do you want from me?" and that the questions I was asking were useless. I know that they might have been busy but instead of being obscenely rude and degrading my concern for my Toyo, he could have simply asked for me to call at a different time.

Excellent service! Took my 2 Toyos to get serviced / cleaned. I got them back to the house and there was a problem with one of them. Right when I took it back to him, he immediately took it apart and tried to fix it on the spot. He fixed it the same day because he didn't want me to leave until it was resolved. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will always come back here for my Toyo servicing. Thank you so much.
