My family has now taken two iPads to this place. The first was in June 2022: My iPad Air 5th Gen, which had HORRIBLE digitizer and LCD damage! We took it to Arctic Tech, and slightly less than a month later it was good as new (save for a dirt speck in the front camera). It took a long time, but it was worth it! 5 stars on that fix. In the week of May 9 this year, we took my old iPad 6 into Arctic Tech for repair. It had a ripped up digitizer with many cracks, plus a missing home button. It is now June 22, and the iPad is still in the repair shop. The guy says it’ll be ready by the end of this week, which is today. I’m a little disappointed w... I think this little shop deserves more recognition as Roger and staff (wally) excel at all forms of circuitry and tech repairs. This cluster for a customers of mines 2007 chevy trailblazer had half the lights burned out. These lights are not a simple bulb replacement. Roger took on the task without hesitation. Now the cluster lights up like it should, he has another happy customer and I have a happy customer.
