I had bought a house a while back and there had been a few small things from the inspection that I had put off doing. Called Platinum and from the beginning of the experience was great. The office was easy to work with and the workers were quick, efficient and left the place spotless when done. Will absolutely be using them for any work in the future.

Platinum Renovators is a top class organization in every manner of speaking. Nicolette runs the office smoothly and efficiently with an eye to transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Tim does a rapid, but effective, job of providing quotes and bids, and the work done by people such as Zach is top notch. I hired Platinum Renovators for a bathroom overhaul after problematic dealings with a local plumbing company and it is the best decision that I have made regarding my house so far. Their quote was far more affordable than the plumbers, with greater transparency, quicker service, and I was much more impressed with the quality of work. The whole team put in an incredible amount of time and effort to understand our ideas, made great recommendations, maintained a considerate schedule and executed the multiple jobs in a timely manner. Our project required excellent communication and multiple change orders. Platinum met and exceeded those needs in fairness and reasonableness. I was very pleased with their service and their level of professionalism. The repair required removing a good sized piece of wallboard. All through the process I was kept well informed of the what and why, as this is not my area of expertise. When the repair was complete they replaced the wallboard and applied the texture. They did such an excellent job you cannot tell that a large piece was ever cut out. I highly recommend them for any home repair , and/or renovation.
