Overall great experience moving electrical and repairing sheetrock in a laundry room. Received an in person estimate within an hour of sending my request, and job completed a day later. Impressed with the quality and felt the price was very fair.
We called them to replace an under mounted bathroom sink and faucet. They were super flexible on availability. When the day came to replace the sink and faucet it only took them a little over an hour! They were so quick and our sink looks good as new! We will most definitely be using them for future home repairs.
We had an emergency and called Pronto — they responded quickly and resolved the issue in no time. The owner and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable service.
Thought I had to replace the entire bathroom exhaust fan, but my handyman took a look and said I just needed a new motor. Did the service fast and at a very reasonable price. Had the pieces on his van already, so I didn't need to shop for something new. He was polite, communicated well about arrival time and, as I said reasonable price. I had an electrician come the day before with a quote of $1200, Pronto came in at about a quarter of that price so I was very happy. Fan works great and is much quieter than before. I highly recommend. FYI, my handyman was Priciliano (sorry if I misspelled this). If you get him for a job you will be pleased. I will certainly call them again for household repairs that I am unable to do myself.
We have used Prisciliano and his guys a few times and they have always come through! This time we called them to build and assemble our pergola from Costco. They KILLED IT! They are so fast and thorough with a clean workspace, hauled all the trash away. Also, so kind to our son who came out to bug them multiple times! The best part is they secured the pergola to the ground so that we don’t have to worry about anything! It’s so beautiful we can’t believe it’s our backyard. Thank you so much!!
