I had a great experience at CelluTech Repair. The service was fast and easy. I went in to fix my tablet, and after Kelani checked it, he honestly told me it was just the charger and didn’t charge me anything. He also helped guide me with an issue I was having with my security system. Their honesty really stands out — I highly recommend them!
brought my 3DS for what we thought was a screen replacement. he let me know he’d never worked on a DS before, but still took the time to figure it out. it turned out a different part was needed, which is why it took about a month. he was very kind and communicative about the parts and kept me updated the whole time. i was nervous, but everything works perfectly now! so thankful to have it back, and i definitely will come back if needed. thank you!!!
I came today to fix the battery of my phone and the guy who helped me is the best, he went beyond to give me the best service even when it was almost closing time, I can’t recommend enough Cellutech Repair, they’re simply the best!!
My iPhone 15 plus was smashed. No insurance and two months from end of contract. Either shell out $1500 + or hope it's repairable. Not only was it repairable, Cellutech fixed my phone AND saved my "Wanderer" sticker (which was originally slapped on the back to cover cracks)! But wait, there's MORE! They threw in a clear case cover! The customer service has been excellent throughout. Repair cost breakdown: front plate/screen $150 + back plate $180. I'll take $330 over $1500+ any day. UPDATE: Today, one week after repair, I completed a software upgrade this AM and now I can no longer access my phone (doesn't register screen-swipe). Let's see if the customer service excellence holds up... ;-) (stay tuned for update!) UPDATE: they provided a fix over the phone (the other phone I was able to call from). I was not able to perform the reset (operator error 😒), but Victor assisted me easily in person. Phone is repaired and works beautifully!
I came in a couple days ago for help with a jammed joycon on my Nintendo Switch. They’re a third party pair I bought on TikTok (my favorite pair, too) and I must’ve docked them at a weird angle because the right one got really stuck on there. The gentleman there was very nice and not only was he able to remove it for me but he was able to do so very carefully so that everything remained mostly intact. I got all the pieces back, my console was completely unharmed and I discovered today the joycon is still fully functional! It may not be able to dock to my switch anymore but at least I can use it until the battery dies. 😆 The docking mechanism with the button covers was all that was removed, the SL/SR and power buttons still work. If I can get the pieces back on I might be able to keep using it (I will never attach it to my switch again of course but I can always get a joycon charging dock and pray it doesn’t jam to that lol). I was in and out in no more than 20-30 minutes and I was only charged $20 for the service. I’m super grateful and highly recommend this if you’re in need of any small tech repair in the neighborhood. 💖
