Pipe Works Plumbing is an excellent plumbing contractor in the Platte Valley region! A few years ago I bought an older home that had drainage issues inside and out. Over the course of the last three years I have had Pipe Works repair different sections at various times, and I also hired them to plumb brand new sections when I remodeled the laundry room. Before any work was started, the Pipe Works Owner Levi Reinmuth explained the problem, the step-by-step process it would take to get the water flowing again, and any potential problems we might encounter along the way. If ever an issue arose, they always called me and made sure I understood what should, could, or needed to be done, and then gave me different options to fit my budget and time constraints. I've never been over-charged or had any surprises on my bill. They actually charged me LESS THAN I EXPECTED on my last repair that had an unforeseen problem. All of the Pipe Works Plumbing employees I have dealt with- from the ladies in the office to the apprentices digging holes -have been excellent. The ladies are quick to return a missed call, and they courteous and accommodating. The crews have never left me a torn-up mess at the end of the day. They made sure that everything stayed as clean as possible. They wore shoe coverings when necessary, used clean drop cloths and plastic sheeting, and they hauled away all of the debris at the end of the day. I never once worried about leaving these men unsupervised in my home. I am particular and old-fashioned about the workmen I hire. The things I value are: They use high quality materials. They have experience and know their Trade. They have clean, organized vehicles that don't drip all over the driveway, They wear clean uniforms, and introduce themselves. They don't use vulgar language or have blaring radios. They don't drink or smoke on the job, nor do they take long phone breaks. They don't gripe about the work while doing it. They are fast and efficient without rushing and doing a slap-dash job. Pipe Works Plumbing ticks all the boxes for the kind of professionals I want working in, on, and around my home. I simply cannot praise these people enough. Levi and Michelle Reinmuth are setting a high standard for all other locally owned businesses in our valley.
