A $110 24 hour repair took 3 days and $160...$50 to clean a ps5. Oh..they originally wanted to charge $70 to clean..its all about how much more they can charge..not about the customer. They did fix the ps5 but..$50 for a clean seems VERY steep to me. I used to fix PC and cleaning was just part of a repair..that is customer service 😐 UPDATE: Oh, now tge story changes...we were not told ANY of the things you responded about...never have seen bugs in my house outside fruit flies occasionally...and we were told it was due to a missing part...but..guess you just don't disclose things unless a customer complains

Both The owner and the employee that were working today we're absolutely amazing I was having probably one of the worst days and years unable to access anything in my phone contacts make a phone call or use GPS I was out of state due to my mom having surgery They were able to help me by going above and beyond and making sure that I got everything connected and back together and able with directions everything that I could have asked for. Their service will not only excellent and outstanding but they're kindness and their compassion or very understanding. If I ever need service again they'll be the first ones I go to Thank you so much for taking the time and helping me fix the problem You guys are amazing
