Pro-Tech was called for a furnace checkup on 20+ year old system. Upon arrival and inspection, the furnace was deemed unsafe, as the heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide into the home. Pro-Tech was quick to explain and address the issues, present a quote, discuss my needs and provide options. Install was quickly scheduled due the safety concerns of the existing furnace and cold weather, install went smoothly and was completed in a day with revisions to my existing system for efficiency. Jacob P from Pro Tech Heating and Cooling performed my furnace tune-up today and showed me before and after photos of the igniter and blower which both definitely needed to be cleaned.
