Our water heater was 26 years old and finally started leaking from the bottom. Not exactly ideal timing. A local home inspector I trust highly recommended Little’s Heating and Cooling, and now I understand why. I texted Jordan on a Friday night while he was out of state. I honestly did not expect a response until later, but he replied right away. He asked for a few photos, confirmed the issue, and calmly walked me through next steps. Even while out of town, he arranged for Seth to be at our home the very next morning at 10 am. Seth arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and replaced the unit by himself in under two hours. The installation was clean, efficient, and very well done. If you are in the Muskegon area and need water heater replacement or HVAC service, I would absolutely recommend Little’s Heating and Cooling. Responsive, honest, and high quality from start to finish.

I have had the best experiences with Little’s. For starters, I’m recently a single mom, and having major changes made to my house is a bit anxiety inducing for me. I’ve worked with this company to add an air conditioner and replace a furnace. Jordan is friendly, trustworthy, an expert in his field, educational, and hard working. When my heat went out on the coldest day of the winter, he was quick to respond and gave me a range of solutions to fix the problem so I could pick what worked best for me.
