Absolutely fantastic from the minute they walked in the door. James was very polite and friendly. Had a great conversation while troubleshooting my igloo like home. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Greg did an amazing job helping me with the financial factors and made the expense seem less stressful. Went above and beyond to fix what could have been a not so good situation. And both of the young gentleman who did the actual installation were courteous, professional, and explained my new unit thoroughly. I am beyond satisfied with EVERYONE who helped me out with the not so great situation. Thankful to all of them and thrilled to have heat again. I'll definitely call them for anything else I need in the future. I'll definitely be recommending them. A huge thank you to Grapids and the outstanding employees.

Brandon was awesome and I would have just hung out talked with him all day if he didn't have to go. Very considerate and easy to talk to. He was realistic and transparent about possible issues and kept me up on what he was doing. He also solved our issue, but I'm more enthused to leave a review about Brandon in particular. He was fantastic. I wish I could remember the names of the phone service team I spoke to, but they were extremely pleasant to speak with as well. I'm still sorry I asked one woman if she was an AI, I swear it was just because her tone was so measured and clear! Thanks for laughing about it with me.

Graphics home service just installed our new furnace and central air conditioner. The crew showed up this morning and worked steady thru out the day and completed the job. Everything was done professionally and looks good. We are sure we will stay warm and enjoy our new equipment. Thank you to there entire staff for their support and courtesy. Got to meet some honest and great humans for a change, no high pressure sales or rude workers. It was a pleasure to have you in our home and will highly recommend them to anyone . Thanks again .
