Unfortunately need to edit my review. The first time I contacted this company it went well. The second time they couldn't keep the appointment even though I pre paid 200$. After calling twice to get a refund I still have not gotten my money. I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. very disappointed.
This is the second year that James has serviced our boiler, and he is excellent! He is personable, efficient, neat, and answers all of our questions. He found a couple of minor problems and took care of those. When it is time for our boiler cleaning next year, I will insist on having James come to our home. Thank you James!
Prime Heating & Cooling is a GREAT company. We just had our whole house air conditioning system annually maintenance completed. James, the technician, did an excellent job. Not only was he highly technically competent, he identified a few minor issues and corrected them. He noticed the covering for the outside connector was a little loose and fixed it. Also, he noticed a wire that was exposed and again corrected the issue. He did a thorough inspection of the condenser (outdoor) and the air handler )in the attic) and also replaced the air filter. He also checked the coolant and checked the temperature when he turned the air conditioning on. Very thorough and very capable technician. Prime installed our whole house air conditioning system and not only did a better design and installation than two companies that I interviewed they were competitively priced. One example of the design and installation was air return ducts they installed multiple returns while the other two companies were going to install only one return. Thank you James, Tyler, and the entire staff of Prime Heating and Cooling LLC. Highly recommended.
It was time for my wife and I to choose a company to purchase a Ductless split- type AC for our log home. We went through our due diligence and once again chose Prime Heating and Cooling. This will be our third one purchased from them. The team of Eli and Kevin spent the time explaining the process and answering our questions. Both guys were very professional and spent the time to assure we were totally satisfied. We would totally recommend Prime for their competitive pricing and their skilled workmanship.
