Have a 12 year old Dell desktop. Never had an issue until a couple of months ago. Wouldn't launch, tried everything. Had two IT pros look at it they couldn't fix it. Was about to toss it when I read some of the reviews for Joe's. Figured why not? Brought it in, less than a week later they'd fixed it. Price was worth it and I would recommend Joe's in a heartbeat.
