NerdsToGo - Franklin, MA

I was in the middle of moving back to MA and my shipping carrier damaged my PC. Matt was super communicative as I initially had to go out of state a few days after dropping off the machine. My motherboard, RAM, and GPU had to be replaced. My computer runs great and it was repaired in about two weeks with Memorial Day weekend included. I would recommend Nerds to Go and if I need anything I will be back in the future. PS- UPS paid my full claim covering the internal damage.

Their communication, transparency, and care made a complex process feel easy and stress-free. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive to go through NERDS To Go, but let me tell you: if you want it done once, and done right, the cost is absolutely worth it. I’m beyond thrilled with the performance of my new PC—and now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a fresh Elden Ring playthrough to dive into. Thanks again to Matt and everyone at NERDS To Go.
