We recently had Commers install a new W.E.T. water softener at our home (we also have their RO system, which Commers services each year). We were happy with the process from start to finish. Rob Commers, our sales person, was responsive and very helpful. Greg, the installer, was professional, friendly and skilled. We saved a substantial amount by using the State Fair special. Our previous water softener was around 25 years old and not efficient. We will now use perhaps 1/10 or less the amount of salt per year, as well as less water, thanks to this highly efficient new softener. Another bonus is that we can monitor it using the Wripli app. I'm happy we've been able to use a local, great company! I highly recommend Commers!

I have found Commers water to be a great alternative to the national brands. Good service and great value in water treatment and softeners. We have had them installed in several of our clients (buyer clients, seller clients) homes.

I was blown away by Herschel Johnson outstanding approach to friendly customer service! He never at one point seemed to be pushy and having me make a quick on the spot decision. (Most sales guys are) He went into details of the process and made sure I was well informed on all my options. Giving me insight on what would work best for my well water setup. Did on the spot water testing of not one but THREE water tap. Showing how much iron was in the water. I could not recommend this guy enough!! He took his time to get to know me and my family, took the time out of his busy schedule to play with my kid and teach him some science. From inspection to installation, the process was quick and easy.

I had high hopes for this supposedly premium water softener given the big marketing promises. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the hefty price tag, the softener's effectiveness falls far short of expectations. What's even more frustrating is the frequent occurrence of false alarms, making it more of a hassle than an asset. We have done multiple resets of the system as instructed by the company, but still receive false” Low salt” warnings about every three days and wake up to a screeching alarm. We were charged $140 for a service call for them to come out and not fix the problem. Called again for the same issue and they are charging another $140 to come back out to try to resolve the issue they didn’t fix the first time. Bought a bulk water testing kit to check water hardness regularly, and our water is only softened about 60% of the time I tested. It's disappointing when a product fails to deliver on its touted benefits, especially when it comes with a premium price. In retrospect, I regret investing in this water softener. Do yourself a favor and save money and headache and go with a big box store. I will be sure to update this review if the company is able to make things right. Edit: Jordan from Commers was out today and was very helpful. Replaced the circuit board and other components. Frustrating to pay for a second service call, but ultimately they did make it right.
