Chris (technician) arrive a couple of hours after I called to make an appointment. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace quickly and answered my questions clearly. He resolved the problem, a faulty flame sensor, which he replaced on the spot. Edina Heating & Cooling will be our go-to resource to rely on and recommend. Great job!

We’ve used Edina heating for break/fix and preventative maintenance and always been happy with results. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. And best of all they don’t make you feel compelled to buy new systems.
I called these guys after they were referred to me by a friend. They called to reschedule the initial appointment because they were too busy and I agreed. I assumed that I would be treated well after switching that appointment but that was not the case. The repairman never called to let me know he was on his way ( I sat by the phone for three hours). He supposedly repaired the A/C, but without my consent. I would not recommend this company in any way. Communication is key to running a business properly and they clearly don't know how to do that. If the repairman did attempt to call my number and was unable to get a hold of me, he should have had the office call me. He must have dialed the wrong number. I am concerned that the A/C may not work when we turn it on in the spring, and they will claim that another problem exists. Very poor customer service!
