We called Predictable Plumbing on a Saturday because our sump pump alarm was going off. Jack answered immediately! He was willing to schedule a visit immediately but helped us troubleshoot various solutions and arrived promptly on Monday morning to take a look. He is very knowledgeable and explains the issues well to someone who has never had a sump pump before. Predictable Plumbing is definitely our go to plumber from now on!!
I had a new sump pump and backup put in before spring time. Jack made the process easy and did a thorough job. He is someone that I trust having in my home, and that I am happy to have found for future needs.
I had Jack come back to replace a water softener/filter system along with a toilet replacement as he did such a great job previously. He is very knowledgeable and explained how the system(s) work, efficient, affordable and very pleasant to speak with. You have to give him a call for your plumbing needs.I Everything they say about Jack is true. I don't normally write reviews but he did such a great job putting in my sink/removing garbage disposal along with managing some unexpected problems that I had to make a comment. He was on time, professional, honest and I am glad I found him for my plumbing needs.
Predictable Plumbing installed my RO system and I couldn’t be happier! The team showed up on time, explained every step, and left zero mess. Water tastes amazing now—no more bottled water waste. Professional, fairly priced, and truly “predictable” in the best way. Highly recommend!
Jack told me straight up that the valves were probably still ok even after 30 years, a little tightening job would fix the leak. I appreciated the straight shooting. However, I proceeded to replace them after that amount of time so I won’t have to think about them ever again. Jack is professional, honest, efficient and personable. This was my first time using Jack but if I need another service, or plumbing need I will be calling Jack. I have been without a good contact since last good plumber retired.
