On the recommendation of a couple of friends in the area, I called up Ditter and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. The technician, Barry, called when he was on his way and arrived promptly within the scheduled visit window. After a quick inspection, Barry was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Barry was timely, friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable. All in all, I'll definitely recommend Ditter to anyone seeking HVAC service.
