We had an amazing experience with PlumbSmart! Justin and Teddy replaced our water heater and a faulty valve in record time, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. What really impressed us was their incredible customer service. Not only did they handle the water heater and valve quickly and efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by fixing our sink garbage disposal and helping us drain our dishwasher. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when they were done. It’s hard to find dependable, honest professionals like Justin and Teddy. We truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services!

Nick was a pleasure to have as a serviceman and explained everything and cleaned up after. Made a tough job look easy. Company is not cheap but very professional. Could have saved some money if I had identified the size type of disposal required prior to his arrival but was unaware that was possible.

Carson was a great service person! While working on the unit, he answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. i think $374 is too much to have a hybrid hot water heater flushed out and refilled though.
