I have only been using Haynes for a Little over a year, but have found the office personnel friendly and helpful. And Sergey, who came out to do our service, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall, a very satisfying experience with Haynes.
I've recently used MB Haynes for some minor plumbing and electrical work at my house and highly recommend for both. The guys who came out each time were all really good - on time, let me know when to expect them, friendly and professional, took care of the projects pretty quickly and did nice work. Pricing was reasonable and completely transparent. The office crew who take care of scheduling were easy to reach and great to work with as well. It was such an easy, comfortable way to take care of these projects. Thank you MB Haynes!
Service tech arrived at the appointment time and was great to work with. This was for a regular A/C service checkup. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant, he even helped determine where some insects were entering the house through the furnace air outlet to the outdoors. Definitely a great service in every way.
