York Outdoor Elements

We were delighted to work with Clayton and his team on this project. They were professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. Clayton spent a good amount of time listening to what we were looking for and running ideas by us to help develop our dream yard. The rest of the team were constantly productive, even making time on Saturdays to stop by and work on the project. We went from a muddy, uneven front and back yard and ready to bite the dust deck to an easier to maintain, smoothly finished turf yard with wrap around patio and matching driveway. Clayton helped us incorporate built-in planter boxes into the design in order to provide us a place to still grow vegetables and other live plants when the time comes. Our dogs love the new backyard as much as we do and we cannot wait for spring and summer to come to host friends and family outside. We're looking forward to sitting on our new front porch with a drink and a good book on a warm, sunny day when the time comes as well. Team York Outdoor Elements all the way!

Just completed phase 1 of our landscape remodel here in Tigard using York Outdoor Elements. Working with Clayton and his crew was fantastic. Not only is Clayton one of the nicest guys, but he was well organized, helped me through creative planning, and delivered my paver patio and bench retaining wall on schedule and on budget. Adjustments were pain free, timely and reasonably priced. From beginning to final walk-through, Clayton's communication was direct, upfront and clear. No surprises. Plus, his foreman, Alex checked in regularly to monitor progress and answer questions. If you're looking at my pictures, phase 1 is a 15'x15' Belgard paver patio and bench retaining wall, planned as part of a larger terraced hardscape and landscape remodel. The Belgard pavers are even more beautiful in person and I love the contrasting edge and seat blocks Clayton recommended. They also cleaned up and repaired my yard drainage system's French drain and added a dry well in preparation for future phases. Clean up was spotless, left better than found. We're already planning phase 2, which should easily double our outdoor entertainment and patio dining area, including some cool ideas for a custom hardwood patio cover, gas fire pit area, and outdoor dining and privacy screens.

We just finished our project with York Outdoor Elements. We could not be happier! Clayton was amazing to work with and so communicative. He had a great vision for the project we wanted and helped us design something we are thrilled with. His crew Francisco, Javier and Johnny were amazing. So knowledgeable, fast and skilled. Our entire backyard was done with turf and pavers, walls built in a week and a half. We could not be more pleased.
