I have taken my car here for oil changes twice and brake service once. The communication has been top-notch and the services are performed in a timely manner and the pricing is affordable. You won't get ripped off like you will at one of those take five places.
These guys were great!! They had me in and out in less than 30 min. I needed a new tire because mine had a nail in it. They showed me the life of my tire on their chart and I had to replace one and ended up going ahead and getting another as well. They were very respectful, kind and helpful!! I will definitely recommend this team in Rogers AR
I got off work early and noticed my tire was flat. I had planned to take it to a local shop just 3 minutes away, but someone recommended I check out Discount Tire instead — and I’m so glad I did. After putting on my donut spare, I drove about 10 minutes to their location. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with kindness and listened to everything I had to say. Within just 5 minutes, my car was in the shop. To my surprise, only 15 minutes later I received a text saying my car was ready. Not only had they repaired my flat tire, but they also balanced and checked all of my tires — completely FREE of charge. It’s rare to come across a business that treats people with this level of care and integrity. Much love and respect to the whole team at Discount Tire. Even though it’s Friday the 13th, you all gave this day a brand-new meaning for me — from now on, this is my lucky day. Thank you for the incredible service and generosity!
